1) First, you'll create your Login ID (we recommend you enter your company name, first & last name, etc. with first letter capitalized and remaining lower case, rather than everything capitalized). You will then receive a password in your mail box. Second, you'll be asked to create a business profile with your specific business model. Last, you'll be prompted to enter a credit card number. Once you're done with registration (3 steps), you'll be logged in and you may update your password at anytime in the 'Account Section' should you need to.
2) You may add one or more matchmakers or assistants under your Company account. To do so, click on 'Account' and choose "Add a Matchmaker". Same company name but a different login for each matchmaker or assistant in your company. If you then choose to give them an 'admin' access, they will have the same type of access as yours, otherwise you can choose to limit their access by selecting 'User' instead at the bottom of the page, which we recommend.
3) Next, you can click on the "Quick Create" button on the left side of your CRM screen and try to enter a lead. Once you're done with creating a lead, you'll be directed to a page where you can add a 'call back' date. It's important to assign a 'call back' for each and every of your leads as this will enable you to retrieve them directly on your homepage under "Leads to call back" (by default, they will be set at the date that the lead was created).
4) If you already have an existing database you'd like to import, please contact us and tell us how your current database is stored. We'll then tell you if and how it could be imported and our estimate for doing so.
5) Remember that after a certain time of inactivity, you'll be automatically logged off. This being said, we always recommend you log off anyway at the end of any session for security purposes.
6) You should save your login homepage http://matchmakingpro.com/CRM/matchmaker_login/ in your favorites. Click on "Favorites", then choose "Add to Favorites". It will save you some time next time you want to log in and get access to your CRM.
7) An export capability will be available shortly, so that you are able to save your data at any time. On our end, the whole CRM database is backed up regularly for security purposes. So you can start using Matchmaking Pro CRM in total confidence.
