This FAQ is actually based on matchmakers' feedback and questions.

- How do we get started with Matchmaking Pro CRM?

You can just sign up!

- When can we start using this? what's the process?

Please refer to our Get Started Page for the sign-up process.

- Can any of these forms be linked directly to our websites?

Yes, we provide you with a script so that any leads coming through your website are automatically added into your CRM.

Matchmaking Pro CRM 101

- How many photos can you load per client for their profile?

You can upload as many photos as you want.

- How about searching beyond my own database?

So far, you may only search through your own database. In a V2, we will enable matchmakers to check a box if they want to share a profile with others (without any contact information though) so you can share leads and clients with other matchmakers, and request from another matchmaker to introduce one of your clients with one of theirs.

- Can I edit the client form?

You can edit any client profile, but you cannot modify any fields yet. Note that client profile is very extensive and based on years of feedback from introduction services. The same form has been used in the Professional Matchmaking Start-Up Kit.

- Can we link your calendar to our Google calendar or Outlook?

Not yet, but this will be part of a V2 early 2010.

- Is there a question about sexual orientation in the lead and client profile?

Definitely in the client profile. Not yet on the lead profile, but we're going to add it.

- How do I add a matchmaker on my company?

Roll-over you mouse at the ACCOUNT menu and select Matchmakers in the dropdown list. Click Add A Matchmaker button.

- How many matchmakers max can I add on my company?

As many as you'd like. Each will have their own Login ID and password but connect through the same Company CRM.

- Can we match someone manually?

You can use the CRM searching and matching tool, as well as the 'retro-match' function, but may decide to create a match manually as well.

- Do I have access to any statistics?

You have access to two types of statistics: marketing and sales (Total & Monthly Leads; Lead Marketing & Sources; Total & Monthly Signups; Gender & Age of Signups); and Operational Numbers (Client Numbers & Status; Introductions Done; Introduction Ratings; Operation Details). Some of these statistics will be available soon.

- How do I turn a lead into a client?

After the appointment of a lead, you need to update the lead's Appoinment Details and set the Appointment Result to "SUCCESS" and choose the appropriate membership package for the client. Click Save.

- How do I put a client's membership on-hold?

View the client's profile and click Edit and change the Membership Status to "On Hold".

- How do I search a match for a client?

Under the Matchmaking menu, click Make a Match and look for the client you wish to match. Click the client's name and you will be redirected to the matching page.

- How do I cancel, undo or unmatch a match?

You can set the status of a match to Cancelled if you wish to undo a match.

- I can't find match result when I search a match for my client.

Make sure your client's profile has all the important fields, the system uses the date of birth and the gender as the 2 main criteria. Try to make the search result more comprehensive by filling up all the fields in your client's profile, especially the Matching Criteria (What the client is looking for?).

- What is the "Preferences" field?

When you fill up our client form you will find the Matching Preferences of the client, the age, height, body style or education is looking for. Our system will use these fields to look for matches of the client.
No Preference will display all other clients at the opposite gender.
1st Preference will display matches using the client's first preferences entered in the New Client Form.
2nd Preference will display matches using the client's second preferences entered in the New Client Form.

- Can I just search the name of the match?

Yes you can. Just enter the name of the client you wish to match in the Name Field and click Search.

- How do I search clients?

You can search for clients under the Client Management -> Search Clients. You can then search using Email, Sign up Date, Age Range, Gender and Status of the client by selecting the Search By field.

- How can I add to the list of "How did you hear about us"?

Under Data Manager menu, click Advertisers, enter the new advertiser name in the Name textfield and click Save to add it to the list.

Communication

- What does the email look like when you send it to a match? Can you have your logo on it so it looks professional?

Yes you will be able to add a logo and your signature by default on all your emails.

- Can we keep track of sent emails?

Each time you send an email, the date and time is recorded in your CRM so that you can refer to it at a later time.

Export / Security

- Can any of this information be exported to or from another program?

Yes, the lists can be exported to an Excel format.

- What happens to all of my info if you go out of business?

As mentioned above, you will be able to export your data at any time. We recommend you do it frequently.

- Do you do any backups?

Yes we do!

- Can we link the email system to gmail?

Not yet. But you do receive a copy in your own mailbox for each email you send.

- Can I upload my emails from Outlook or Gmail?

Not yet, but we're working on it.

- What if we change our business model? Can we update it?

At anytime, you can update your business profile, add or delete client packages, etc.

Billing

- Can I bill a client directly from the CRM?

Yes you'll able to do so.

- Can we scan and upload a client signed agreement?

Yes you can add it to their profile.

- Can we link it to Quickbooks?

Not yet.

Pricing

- Are updates made available to us at no charge?

Yes, as long as such updates benefit all matchmakers. If you wish to customize a section for your own needs, you will need to request an estimate from us.

- Do we have to pay extra for future updated versions of your CRM?

Nope!

- Is there a set-up fee?

Yes, there is. Matchmaking Pro CRM one-time set-up fee is $4,995.

- Are there any other charges?

First 3 months are free. You will be charged a monthly maintenance & support fee thereafter the first day of each month: $99 per month up to 1,000 client profiles, $149 from 1,001 to 4,999, $199 from 5,000 to 9,999, $249 from 10,000 and over. Please note you may cancel your subscription anytime 30 days prior to the next billing cycle by emailing us, subject: cancellation.

- Can we pay the monthly cost in one annual payment at a discounted rate?

You may choose to pay a yearly maintenance & support fee (instead of the above monthly fee) and benefit from a discounted flat rate for 15 months: just pay $990 at sign up, whatever the number of profiles you may have during those 15 months. This is equivalent to a $66 monthly fee for 15 months. Should you prefer this option, let us know by email the day you sign up.

- Will our monthly cost remain the same for the length of our business relationship?

You will only be charged the amounts agreed at the time you sign up. Any increase will apply to new clients only.

- What do your prices include?

Pricing includes: 1) training of up to 1hr per phone during 1st month set-up ; 2) 1hr support per phone or email during 1st month set-up ; 3) Get Satisfaction Forum Support thereafter. If you do request additional training, support, transfer to data, or customization, a fee will be applied. Additional training: $299 per hour. One-on-one support: $99 per hour. Transfer of data or customization: estimate sent upon request.

Support

- Who do we contact for technical support?

You have many options. You can actually email us directly at support at matchmaking pro . com ; use any of the buttons under the "Support" tab ; or use the 'Get Satisfaction' screen at anytime.

- How fast do you respond to inquiries?

Usually within 24 hours on week days, and rarely beyond 48 hours. Customer Support is closed on weekends and major US holidays.
